~Carolina Beach Living~

Traditional beach cottage style oceanfront home brings back memories of beach vacations shared with extended family. This eight bedroom property has four baths, two living rooms, two, kitchens and even two outdoor showers. Your own private walkway to the beach and views that are endless... Sit back in your porch rocker and watch the dolphin play in your back yard.

Take an easy stroll down to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk for a hot fresh donut or two (or a dozen) from Britts Donuts! Check out the boardwalk amusements or just find a comfy bench and do a little people watching. The marina is close by as well. In the early evening, the charter boats arrive back bringing in the days catch.

Evenings are a great time to find your way back to the rocking chairs and enjoy watching the moon shimmer over the ocean waves....or enjoy the weekly fireworks from your own private porch.

This property is newly listed and priced to sell~ Want to know more? Call me at 910-200-0958~
